Important: MindHaven is currently in BETA and is not HIPAA-compliant.

By accessing or using MindHaven, you:

  • Features may change or become unavailable
  • Service interruptions may occur
  • Not all features are fully implemented

HIPAA Compliance

  • We are working toward future HIPAA compliance

Crisis Situations

  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
  • Our service is not for emergency mental health situations
  • We provide crisis resource information but cannot provide emergency intervention

User Responsibilities

Termination
